Your Legacy of Life

The divine Spirit in you is a living presence that generates life, health, harmony, and perfection in every organ and faculty of your being. Each cell of your body is a tiny unit that is an expression of the principle of animation, the life force which makes it vibrant, active, and alive.

The same Spirit that made Jesus strong, vital, and radiantly alive dwells within you. When you realize that the spirit of God in you is your life, you understand that you are one with a living, healing force which revitalizes every part of your being. You become truly alive.

Do you need more life in your body? Be still and feel God-life circulating in and through you–cleansing, purifying, and freeing every cell and atom from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. Know that this life is a river “of living water” within you. “For just as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself” (John 5:26).

Through God, you triumph over every experience. Through God, your mind is refreshed, your body is quickened, renewed, and regenerated. God’s life within you is strong, swift, and sure. Be still! Be still and feel this life flowing through every nerve, cell, muscle, and bone of your body, energizing you, purifying you, making you whole.

The life in your body is a constructive, renewing, rebuilding force. When you think of God’s life in you , when you think of the silent, rebuilding, restoring work that is going on continually, you know there is no condition beyond repair, no circumstance beyond healing. With God there is building up. With God there is restoration. With God there is renewal, because the very source of your life is God.

Begin now to clothe your thoughts with life. Begin today to bless your body. See it alive with the life of God. See it beautiful, radiant, and perfect.

Right where you are, in the midst of whatever you may be doing, give your body into the safekeeping of God. Rest in serene confidence. Feel that you are being healed completely. Let go of all tension. Feel abundant life flowing freely through you as you pray:

Let Your will of life be done in me.
Let Your abundant life be expressed through me.
Let the divine purpose of my life be fulfilled now.

Close your eyes. Relax, and think about the divine life flowing in and through you. Think of your body as alive and alight with divine life. Rejoice in the life that is yours now. Rest in this life. Feel the joy of God’s presence pulsating through your whole being. Feel yourself being healed beautifully, wholly, completely.

“Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my sould,
and do not forget all his benefits–
who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases…
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
who satisfies you with good as long as you live
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”
